Confidentiality
TPR's customers tend to be leading edge companies in terms of
technology and innovation and are often competition with each other.
Our customers expect confidentiality in all business dealings with
TPR. We take this requirement seriously and honor it in all
instances.
The execution of a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) is a routine
step in the process of establishing a relationship between TPR and
each of our customers. As either preliminary discussions proceed or
actual work occurs, TPR realizes that confidentiality is a given,
with no compromises, no exception.
In fact, due to multiple TPR locations as well as staff dedicated
to specific efforts, it is not unusual for TPR engineers to not even
be aware of projects being developed by peers, unless, of course,
their skill set is required on the project. Obviously, senior
management will be familiar with all projects but information
between development teams is shared only when appropriate.
Confidentiality is considered a must from the start of business
discussions to well beyond the completion of work.
TPR will not engage in a project if a conflict of interest is
apparent. If there is a perception that this may be an issue, we
take advantage of our multiple geographic locations and 4 separate
physical buildings to segregate projects as required. Our labs have
separate locks on the doors such that only specific project teams
have access to those work areas. TPR never has unannounced visitors.
All visitors sign in and are identified with a badge and always
escorted while on site.
