Tutorials/Education

Owing to the deep knowledge base of its staff, TPR is often called upon to present papers at trade shows as well as do corporate seminars. Since a number of TPR employees are known as subject area experts on a worldwide basis, they are brought in as authorities to bring individuals and entire departments up to speed in areas where the company resources may need to be augmented. These sessions have ranged from general knowledge on inkjet for producing flat panel displays to more esoteric topics like:

  • A detailed study of patent filings relating to high speed, high quality color electrophotographic development systems.

  • An analysis of inkjet patent literature by competitor as well as a forecast to establish strategic direction by company.

  • A review of digital printing technologies with a special application to use for label printing.

TPR has been asked to do product and strategy assessments in the digital printing area. In some cases, it is to confirm internal suspicions - in others, it is to establish a key baseline for moving ahead. Regardless of the topic, TPR is acknowledged as a global leader in digital printing know-how. Between its regular staff and TPR Fellows, TPR can offer cutting edge information in assisting companies in making printing technology decisions.
